After delivering your order, you have 14 working days to return the order to us and request a refund.
For refund, the product must be intact, new and the packaging must be properly closed. Otherwise, we are not able to refund the amount in question. Return costs are charged to the customer.
The invoice must be saved when purchasing the product to present it when requested by our services.
