The MOSO Bamboo X-treme deck is a massive Thermo-Density Bamboo deck made from compressed Bamboo strips. The special and unique process of heat treatment at 200°C gives MOSO® Bamboo X-treme® the highest durability class in the appropriate EU standards, which increases its hardness and stability.
The process of Thermo-Density is known to be the combination of compression and heat treatment of strips. This process increases the density from 650-1500 kg/m3 to approximately 1,150 kg/m3 and significantly improves the hardness of this product. After pressing, the material is stronger and harder than virtually any other hardwood in the world. At the same time, the already good dimensional stability of Bamboo is improved by approximately 50%.

X-treme bamboo Deck boards have many characteristics similar to tropical hardwoods, however they grow very quickly. Like any tropical wood species, Bamboo X-treme® turns gray over time. It will look beautiful and natural. similar to the aging of tropical woods.
