The NÖVLEK® wooden plugs ensure a perfect, attractive finish for both decking and cladding, with no screws visible.
They are beveled on one end to facilitate installation and they are ideal for hiding the heads of fixing screws, and carrying out very clean work with an impeccable finish.
INSTALLATION
Drilling + countersinking using the Novlek step drill then apply PU glue and insert the plug.
To obtain an impeccable finish and perfectly levelled plugs, the plug must protrude 2 to 3 mm above the surface so that it can be easily cut. The ideal drilling depth is 7 mm.
To ensure that the plug is perfectly levelled with the work surface, it must be cut with a leveling saw (flexible blade with Japanese teeth) or a perfectly sharp wood chisel. The cut must be made in the direction of the cork wood grain.
The quality of execution and cutting as well as compliance with installation standards guarantees a perfect and lasting result.
